Requirements and responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
* Participate in creating training programs
* Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
* Book classrooms and ensure they 're properly set up
* Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
* Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
* Submit reports on training activities and results
* Recommend improvements or new programs
* Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies
* Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
* Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
* Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
* Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
Skills & Qualifications
* 1+ year of proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator or similar role
* Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
* Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
* Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
* Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
* Experience with e-learning platforms
* MS Office proficiency
* Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
* Strong communication skills
* BS degree in HR or related field
