Job description



  • Lead the technical management team, ensuring harmony and coordination between disciplines.

  • Coordinate the various internal and external technical stakeholders (partners,
    particularly designers, subcontractors, etc.).

  • Involved in the project management of Metro preliminary and concept design
    preparation.

  • Serve as technical expert to make engineering decisions, accept design
    proposals or technical solutions, make recommendations, resolve technical
    clashes, etc.

  • Manage a team of local and international experts for consulting services as
    part of the Design team.

  • Responsible for engineering documentation approval /management.

  • Ensuring that risks are identified and controlled.

  • Represent the team at the Client meetings and manage the coordination between
    the Client's Team and the Consultant's Design Team.


Profile



  • Excellent communication and management skills and capacity to negotiate and develop good relations at work and fluent in English and Arabic.

  • Experience in technical project management and good skills in organizing,
    scheduling and coordinating as a part of a team is required.

  • Determined to act in a responsible way in business activities as well as in
    social and environmental impact.
