Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information
Systems, or 3+ years experience in equivalent IS/IT disciplines.
Hands on experience with PC/Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project,
Access and Visio), and strong background in troubleshooting and supporting
desktop/laptop issues
Good understanding of Local Area Network (LAN), TCP/IP and general networking
concepts, as well as WINTEL environment, Virtualization and Cloud based
solutions concepts.

You will ensure IT support to our Cairo based Center of Scale (CoS) end users
by providing local IT support regarding the infrastructure (Wintel, Network,
Voice, Video, Enterprise Computing) and all others IT areas (desktops
&laptops, printers, O365 collaborative toolset, user admin) through direct
support and by coordinating the local resources and/or managed services.
* Provide local IT support to incident or request tickets raised by the End-Users or Nestle's remote IT teams, through Managed Services and/or local IT resources.
* Organize and coordinate IT Support activities to end users leveraging local Managed Services and/or local IT resources, to ensure a day to day sustainable and flexible IT proximity support. End user education/training on IT best practices and Collaboration tools (i.e. O365), as well as security awareness, to ensure successful end users onboarding.
* Understand the business requirements of CoS as well as overall Nestle IT context including local adherence and understanding of relevant standards, solutions, organization and ways of working. Ensure capacity planning for CoS scope evolution. Ensure business intimacy with CoS and Nestle IT stakeholders and enable agility to respond to business opportunities by ability to react quickly to customer needs & coordinate actions to deploy solutions in timely manner. Participate in Operational Services Reviews
* Represents the local/on-site Nestle IT presence and hands and eyes. Participate in IT projects, working as local support for IT implementations.
* Ensure Security & Compliance , respecting any applicable Standards or guidelines in IT areas. In charge of the organization of IT Rooms and IT Stocks in the location.
* Ensure IT Asset Management data reliability, keeping the information updated whenever an IT asset is received, shipped, updated or installed.
* Represent Nestle IT in creation and review of DRP documentation and exercises, ensuring alignment between CoS BCP and DRPs of relevant Nestle IT functions
* CAPEX planning and ordering based on Nestle IT recommendations and CoS requirements.
