Position base: Cairo
Reports to: General Manager Developing Markets
This is a people manager role with a team of 2 reporting into it
Geography scope: Northern Africa (includes 14 countries e.g. Libya,
Ethiopia, Sudan, Malta)
You'll be responsible for developing channel expertise that drives growth.
You'll:
* Form strategic partnerships with key customers for winning & outperformance
* Create win-wins for Reckitt & its customers through complex negotiations
* Help us make the right long term business decisions
* Paint a picture of what success looks like for each customer.
