Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives POS materials from vendors, organizes and categorizes the promotional material for distribution via GSR system applications and SAP.
- Assists Purchasing and Marketing Team to provide accurate data and insure Ontime deliveries.
- Conduct warehouse inventory each Month.
- Organizes the warehouse on a regular basis.
- Conducts daily meetings to review and control Warehouse and safety issues.
- Provides permissions to all contractors during any assignment in the warehouse.
- Ensure that safety induction were presented for visitors and contractors.
- Checks the fire extinguishers on monthly basis.
- Ensures that the container is utilized securely.
- Receives and distributes Al Ahram Beverages Company (ABC) goods using the SAP application while ensuring their compliance.
- Makes inventory and arranges the warehouse every day after work.
- Monitors the workers daily whether inside or outside the warehouses in terms of hygiene and Safety.
Qualifications & Other Requirements
Command of English Language
Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint)
Knowledge in ERP system, like SAP preferably
