Responsibilities
* Develop and grow the business of Business line Interface &Performance to achieve defined sales growth targets in the territory
* Leadership and development of the regional sales team
* Establish business relationship with existing and new customers and manage customer related activities
* Lead commercial negotiations with customers and implement pricing and payment measures
* Report on business and market and competitors´ activities in territory
* Provide input to mid-term planning and forecasting
* Drive business growth via opportunities management. Identify, manage and successfully close business opportunities
* Contribute to development and implementation of strategy for the territory
* Participates in internal projects as appropriate
Requirements
* B.S. Chemical Engineering / Chemistry, M.S. / M.A. / MBA preferred
* Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the chemical industry preferably in one of the following industries construction, agrochemicals, plastics, oil & gas
* Excellent relationship building, customer and result oriented behavior
* Highly motivated and self-organized. Experience to lead a team.
* Willingness to travel
* Analytical and communicational skills
* Experience with CRM/SAP systems
* Fluent speaking and writing in English
