What 's the role?
* Position Definition the Production Engineer plays a supportive role in reaching the Production KPIs (HSSE, RFT, CI maturity level, OTIF, PSA, OEE, Stock accuracy, Overtime, etc) in the production area.
* Assists the Production Manager and works with the competitiveness & CI lead with diagnosing/resolving plant failures, operational issues, with cost and performance benchmarking, identifying trends/gaps.
* working closely with other Production Supervisors (Blending and Filling teams) and Supply Chain departments (Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics).
* Continuous Improvement (CI) activities such as, Waste Elimination Projects, PDCA (Problem Solving), 5S, Visual Management, Plant Performance tracking such as; data collection, analyses, gap assessments, Stock Accuracy such as; raw material and bulk product stock management.
* Support operations within Tank farm, Blending Plant, Filling Plant in accordance with HSSE Control Framework, LQS, GQS and Streamline Policies.
* Principle Accountabilities Timely perform all production order confirmations which drives a high accurate level of stock accuracy.
* Timely perform all bulk stock movements such as Goods Receipt by vessels, road tankers, tank to tank transfers, Inbound to unrestricted transfers.
* Work with production Supervisor in physical W2W raw material Stock Count process which ensures a high stock accuracy level.
* Work with all Production Supervisors to timely finalize CI projects for more safe environment, waste elimination, cost saving, higher Quality standards and higher productivity.
* Attend daily plant coordination meetings.
* Register all Production KPIs and prepare weekly, monthly plant performance reports.
* Work with the Laboratory to reduce Blend Cycle times, reduction of flush and waste oils.
* Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets.
* Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision.
* Support the maintenance investment team for CAPEX project implementations.
* To be back-up of each Production unit supervisors upon their absence.
* Minimize product working losses (write offs / downgraded products / flushing oils) Closely follow-up of flush oils generation quantities.

* Bachelor 's Degree in Engineering with good command of English.
