Job Description
5-10 years of Experience in Aircraft engine field support
Roles & responsibilities:
* Evaluate, research, take responsibility for, and resolve complicated technical issues.
* Provide world class level of customer service to resolve technical / logistical issues related to engine.
* Review fleet data and advise airlines on Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
* Prioritize and respond to email and phone requests for support in a timely manner.
* Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
* Monitor daily status and report on Engine/Component Removals, Work Stoppages, IFSD's & Surge Events,
AOG situations, LRUs Management, spare engines and parts availability.
* Evaluate and provide warranty authorizations outside of normal policies.
* Coordinate internal and external support to resolve AOG issues as quickly as possible.
* Review customer requirements on lease engine and coordinate lease engine valuestream.
* Collect airline daily operation data like D&Cs, engine removals or BSI/Asset attributes and process them in
OEM database as required on daily basis.
* Update fleet utilization data on monthly basis from the reports received from the customer.
* Interpret the customer's needs and respond swiftly to the requirements.
* Act as liaison between engine OEM and airline customer.
