Main Responsibilities
Develop internal translation guidelines and checklists.
Provide translation of different types of documents (RFPs, Proposals, Reports)
from English to Arabic & vice versa and ensuring that the final version of the
translated text is grammatically correct and well-expressed.
Use specialist term base, reference materials to find the closest equivalents
for terminology and words used
Use translation memory software, such as, memoQ, and SDL Trados, to ensure
consistency of translation within documents and help efficiency.
Work professionally to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A graduate of Faculty of Alsun, Arts, Azhar, or other related translation
major
‎3-‎5 years of experience in translation from English into Arabic and vice versa
Fluent in both English and Arabic
Able to work as part of a team
Attention to details combined with the ability to meet deadlines
Previous experience in using CAT tools (MemoQ, Trados, etc..)
