What you 'll do
The core of the role is coordinating between the finance team and the rest of
the organization which include:
* Manage activities and follow up on issues related to P2P cycle
* Coordinate the withholding tax certificates related to HCPs and coordinate this with the commercial team.
* Coordinate the requests from the commercial team for vendor creation/update and managing the process with the relevant team.
* Handling invoices and the related follow up with the commercial team.
* Follow up with the commercial team regarding any payment issues
* Follow up with commercial team regarding Open POs to ensure compliance to AZ policy
Essential for the role
Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial
screening:
* 1- 2 years of experience
* Relevant field experience
* Excellent analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills in English/ Arabic
