Responsibilities
* Assist customers' technical requests and take care of any technical issues.
* Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities.
* Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
* Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth.
* Run the full sales cycle including cold emails, cold calls, and demo meetings till closing the deal and managing the deliverables.
* Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, marketing, or a similar degree.
* Experience in Cybersecurity.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Excellent Command in English.
* Excellent time and project management skills.
* Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
* Exp. in a start-up is a plus.
