Today, we are recruiting for the Telecom Site Engineer position to Join our
Project Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for Telecom

What are my responsibilities?
* You are responsible for the Telecom system installation and commissioning onsite activities with the Telecom subcontractors.
* You are responsible for site works acceptance.
* Clarify technical topics to the subcontractor installation & commissioning team and project stakeholders.
* Ensure the well installation of Telecom systems based on Siemens quality standards.
* Keep the schedule updated with all inputs from onsite activities.
* Monitoring and controlling all material that has to be installed.
* Act as an interface to the customer and internal/external suppliers.
* Responsible for compliance with HSE regulations on the construction sites.
* Review and approve the as-built drawings.
* Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Telecom Project Manager.
* Conducting the needed site surveys during the different phases of the project execution.
* Management of several installation teams from the subcontractors simultaneously in different locations.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from a reputable university.
* 5 years' experience in Telecom systems installation, testing and commissioning.
* Experience in Railway Signaling & Telecom modernization projects. (Is a plus)
* Solid experience in the telecom systems (SDH, LAN/WAN, Telephony systems, Voice Recording, Radio Interface, Synchronization and Clock System, … etc.)
* Extensive experience in Optical Fiber cable laying, splicing, testing, and commissioning.
* Extensive experience in copper cable laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning.
* Extensive experience in the simultaneous management and control of several Installers in different sites.
* Solid awareness about MoS, RA and HSE standards.
* Committed to working in an environment with conflicting priorities and without permanent supervision.
* Willing to travel on daily basis on Benha - Zagazig - Ismailia - Port Said line and Zagazig - Abu Kebier line.
* Has a driving license.
* Experience in dealing with the Governmental Authorities, Telecom Vendors and Consultants in Egypt.
* Fluent English spoken and written.
