KONE is looking for a top-notch Collection Manager to join our team in Egypt.
Reporting to the Finance Manager he/she will oversee the credit and
collections activities, and the timely receiving of payment.
What will you do ?
* Perform the collection and dispute management transactional tasks.
* Execute KONE's customer credit management, collection, and dispute management activities.
* Deploy credit policies so that an acceptable level of risk is maintained, collections are made on time, losses are kept to a minimum and arrears are economically collected.
* Execute the collection strategy and ensures the dispute management routing are fit for purpose for the local conditions in alignment with global guidelines, ensure that bad debt provisions and write-offs are processed according to the defined rules.
* Resolve and support in solving complicated collection cases
* Perform dispute root cause analysis and corrective actions from end-to-end perspective
* Conduct dispute management routing for agreed retained accounts
* Initiate and follow the dispute management workflow by dispatching the recorded disputes to the relevant business responsible people in the organization for resolution.
Are you the one?
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
* Minimum 6 years in a similar role with outdoor B2B collections experience
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
* SAP knowledge is an added value but not a must
* Very Good English language skills
* Excellent analytical, forecasting and reporting skills
* Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
* Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
