Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with
supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing
strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for
existing and new products.
Achieve sales budget along with monitoring the profitability.
Set the strategic direction for trade activities/ trends with the concerned
department in order to achieve the monthly targets.
Recommends distribution of credit facility among the areas or channels as per
business needs.
Coordinate with marketing department to ensure market share sustainability &
growth.
Interfere to change any unusual stock status in the market in co-ordination
with concerned department.
Coach & train the sales team and set the entire required development plan for
his team.
Identify new business opportunities to ensure growth with the objective of
maximizing long term profits.
Handling the Companies Sales accounts.
Preparing the yearly Sales Forecast and putting a plan for the Sales team to
help them achieving their Target.
Opening / developing new Trade Channels.
Monitor the responsibility for the consolidated account profitability.
Establish and maintain key relationship with critical strategic accounts.
