Job Description


manage and implement a company's quality assurance and control framework to
ensure proper execution of performance and customer satisfaction.
Represent quality team in client meeting and prepare required presentations
and business review.
Oversee a team of quality evaluators and communicate expectations clearly and
ensure QA team is appropriately applying quality standards and activities.
Report on quality metrics to other members of the management team. It is
crucial to the overall operations of an organization that everything is
executed to the highest possible standards.
