Responsibilities:
* Follow up with operations team including clearance activities internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate outbound last mile transport and delivery on time to site by following best practices.
* Follow up export of old systems from Egypt to the Factory.
* Follow up for import and export for Demo Systems (Egypt Zone).
* Export for 3rd party for (Egypt zone).
* Identifying nonconformance cost on running projects with controlling team on monthly basis.
* order issuance equipment on SAP, send it to the factory and follow up delivery dates.
* Order issuance for the 3rd party and site preparation on SAP and follow up delivery & suppler invoices once received.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor Degree in Trade Logistics and International Transport or equivalent/similar with ‎3 years of experience in Logistics Field.
* SAP experience is a plus)
* Excellent social skills including, team working skills and good interpersonal skills
* Proficient use of software applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
* Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative and to improve.
* Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments.
