This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join the
Luxoft Legal Team. As Legal Counsel for the Middle East region, you will be
responsible for all aspects of the legal function in the region, including
providing both day-to-day and strategic legal support for labor and
employment, tax, intellectual property, data protection, compliance, risk
management, corporate secretarial and corporate governance matters to ensure
the continued and sustainable growth of Luxoft in the region.
You will also have transactional drafting and negotiation responsibilities on
deals and provide ongoing legal advice to senior executives and business team
members.

Must have
* Effectively bilingual and confident in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
* Excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure, dynamic and energetic environment.
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload to optimize business results.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision (but yet knows when to escalate to Management when necessary).
* Ability to learn quickly and combine knowledge with commercial acumen to support business growth in the Middle East.
* Ability to assess and advise on legal and commercial risks as part of providing solution driven advice.
