How you 'll make your mark
During the two-year HPE Sales Graduate Program, you will
* Be given an assigned sales territory to grow and build your relationships, working with other businesses to advise on multi-products, services, and integrated solutions across our varied portfolio of products and services
* Review account activities to uncover new business or up-selling opportunities.
* Have account responsibility with quota, which will help you to learn about account management, consultative selling, cold calling, and customer relations
* Build your own understanding of your clients' industry, identify emerging market trends and opportunities, lead new market campaigns, and execute campaign follow-up.
* Partner with external partners to improve win rates on selective deals.
* Be mentored by at least one senior member of the sales team and after two years in the program you can grow into a true sales professional with valuable relationships and international working experience
About you
* You are in your final year of studies in an IT related degree
* You have experience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technology.
* You are comfortable building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions.
* You seek out what 's next, always three steps ahead and delivering exceptional results
* You are collaborative, solution focused and act with a sense of urgency
* You embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own
* You are an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world.
* You are an exceptional communicator and presenter who asks smart questions
