Debt Collector: *
To follow up with debtors through visits in daily basis to ensure the payment
received on time.
Key responsibilities:
* Chasing debtors by telephone and personal visits and strive to reduce debtor days.
* Ensure timely cash collection from customers.
* Communicate outstanding debts in an efficient manner with customers as well as the rest of the business including accounts, sales and project teams respectively.
* Coordinate with the site team for and seeking all required documents required for the payment application. In addition, ensure the payment application have submitted and payment certificates received on time.
* Handle customers' questions or complaints
* Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures followed.
* Working to strict monthly and annual collections targets.
Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant previous experience.
* Driving license.
* Have good skills in MS office (Excel, Word).
* Experience in collection from government sector is advantage.
* Driven by results and is target oriented.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
