The .NET Developer is responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying
and/or maintaining applications. Software developers design, code, test, debug
and document programs as well as support activities for the corporate systems
architecture.
Employees typically have in-depth knowledge of development tools and
languages.
This is an individual contributor role, clearly recognized as a content
expert by peers.
Employees work closely with business partners in defining requirements for
system applications.
Typically requires 3-5 years of applicable experience.
Responsibilities:
Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new
hardware, or to improve its performance.
Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures,
programming, and documentation.
Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design
system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities,
performance requirements and interfaces.
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of
design within time and cost constraints.
Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and
mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of
design.
Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and
requirements.
Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.
Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to
ensure specifications are met.
Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats
required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.
Requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years ' experience working with C#.Net, VB.Net
development.
A minimum of two (2) years ' experience Building Web Applications using CSS,
HTML, ASP.Net, Webforms or MVC and Visual Studio (2012/2013/2015).
Experience with secure coding and team code review.
Experience with SQL Server 2008 or above. Experience with Web Technology
(XML, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery) a plus.
Experience writing Tableau reports a plus.
Experience with Layer application, NTier Architecture designs a plus.
Experience with Data Object Mapping (Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL) a
plus.
Experience using Web Services (WCF, Soap, REST) a plus.
TFS experience is a plus.
Experience working in a highly regulated, compliance centered, and change-
controlled environment is a plus.
Intermediate knowledge and skill set with database design, development and
implementation a plus.
Mandatory Skill Set and Qualifications Must be self-motivated and have the
ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner with a minimum degree of
supervision.
Must have strong communication and problem solving skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be willing to learn and
stay up to date on industry best practices, coding standards and
vulnerabilities.
