• Job Description:


• Sales force effectiveness
  Define and update CRM KPIs and make sure it's measured accurately. Ensure
  adoption of CRM concept by sales and marketing teams. Provide business with
  the needed CRM reports and propose corrective actions when needed.
  Stay close to the sales teams to monitor system and SFE concepts
  implementation and provide recommendations and action plans to management if
  needed. Support Sales Force Effectiveness in the affiliate and provide tools
  as well as appropriate level of follow up to make sure in-field effectiveness
  is optimized


• In Market Sales / Incentives
  Works closely with Sales & Marketing Excellence manager in designing/ updating
  SIP scheme to ensure it's competitive & aligned with the company's vision
  Responsible for In-market sales process including sales allocation, target
  setting & performance reports


• Market Insights
  Developed thorough territorial analysis for retail business on monthly basis
  covering all the country giving a detailed picture of brands status with
  market and against competitors. Provide support in the competitive
  intelligence data gathering and reporting Analyze the MS% or secondary market
  research data and send recommendations per product on a monthly / quarterly
  basis as needed.
  Responsible for creating & updating Dashboards & supporting teams with
  insights & recommendations on brands performance.
  Create / Enhance digital solution related to products and market dynamics
  implement purposeful integration of analytics with all other available data
  sources, with the goal of assisting the brand-based culture in incorporating
  analytics insights and market intelligence into daily practice.
  Job Requirements:
  Initial qualification: Marketing, Medical, Scientific, or pharmaceutical
  qualification.
  Advanced MS Office User is a must.
  Data management and analytics skills.
  Strong in communications in English, both written and verbal.
  Previous SFE experience / exposure is preferred.
  Strong track record of performance.
