Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, coordinate & execute turnkey marketing programs with a strong focus on event
management.
* Build and execute program activation strategies and plans.
* Research, select, negotiate and manage new vendors.
* Liaise and coordinate externally with contractors, suppliers and other service providers, as
well as internally to ensure smooth execution of projects up to a high
standard.
* Create & present new ideas and solutions to support client briefs.
* Work with all stakeholders to coordinate all project elements & production schedules.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Interact with host delegates, customers and guests to ensure that their on-site experience is
flawless.
* Must Ensure compliance to budget, expenses, and reconciliations on a per event basis.
* Regular reporting: Presentations, timelines, status reports, proposals.
* Remain up to date on industry standards and movements.
Qualifications:
* Extremely organized, self-starting, detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and problem solving skills.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word, Powerpoint and outlook.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
