development services to youth, whether entrepreneurs, startups, or SMEs in
developing and growing their business, promoting the development of industry
clusters, and upgrading value chains
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop communications and outreach materials for specific audiences and stakeholders
* Develop social media content as requested, including blogs and more extensive compositions for Facebook, LinkedIn.
* Oversee development of visual materials, including infographics and video content.
* Develop content for program events, including conferences, internal presentations.
* Manage online, print, and other communication campaigns to promote Enroot and MASAAR work on entrepreneurship projects or other related campaigns.
* Develop content and help oversee quality control of Enroot website.
* Create outreach activities that could further increase the outcomes and impact of Enroot's projects and activities.
* Ensure compliance with our logo and branding guidance and procedures, and work with staff on the adherence to the guidance and procedures for Enroot's implementing partners.
* Ensure consistent messaging and best practices in communications and outreach activities.
* Assist with the development and maintenance of records and files of communication and outreach content.
* Video production, and photography during events.
* Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* University degree in Mass Communications, advertisement, Media or related disciplines
* 0-2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, advertisement or related fields
* Possess creative skills, video and media editing skills
* Excellent writing skills
* Excellent command of English and Arabic
* Ability to transform technical jargon into communications messages for a variety of audiences, including the public, national and international stakeholders
