Job Description



  • Contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the HR team strategy; in order to ensure that the organisational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.

  • Design and deliver OD strategies, processes and interventions that support AXA Egypt main goal to be number one insurance company in the market.

  • Ensure including initiatives that foster a high performance culture, that values learning, continuous improvement and diversity.

  • Support and identify performance improvement initiatives, through the implementation of ‎360 degree feedback process, undertaking internal diagnosis, reviewing process in order to understand issues and possible solutions.

  • Work with the HR Internal Communications Lead to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement.

  • Develop job evaluation system, job descriptions; correct grading of positions, KPIs & objectives.

  • Develop and update AXA Egypt organization structures.

  • Develop HR policies, procedures and guidelines with the objective of meeting AXA Egypt strategies and business goals.

  • Prepare and contribute to the development of HR reports, including: dashboards, turnover reports..etc

  • Contribute to the employee relations through attending HR investigations.

  • Act as HR representative in committees of:

  • Compliance: ensure that all the compliance requirements are accomplished and intact.

  • Internal Audit: ensure that all hr functions' and documents undergo an audit process.

  • Data privacy: oversee the organization's data protection strategy and prevent HR data leakage

  • Information Security: Protect the confidentiality of data and preserve data integrity.

  • Map methodology for organizational restructuring; ensure that a smooth transition and handover process take place, by aiding the management in outlining the entire restructure program, clarifying teams as well as individuals' roles. In addition to reassessing organizational structures annually to ensure the model's efficiency, intactness and that the restructuring change meet the market needs.

  • Develop action plans with the HR Business Partners team, that are set according to PULSE results with the objective of maintaining employees' satisfaction level and upholding AXA Egypt standards as top employer.

  • Monitor the day to day performance of the Organisational Development through ensuring managing talents, developing management and leadership capabilities and embedding values and behaviours into all people processes and systems.

  • Conduct organisational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans and programs to ensure that all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard to meet AXA Egypt goals.

  • Oversee the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to the AXA goals.

  • Design and facilitate the implementation of change management programs to support cultural, organisational change and performance improvement in line with AXA values.

  • Act as an advocate and behavioural change agent to drive momentum for AXA Egypt's organizational development aspirations.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned by manager.


Skills



  • Bachelor degree in relevant field.

  • At least ‎8 years of experience of releveant position.

  • Able to demonstrate an up to date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas as organisation development particularly around change management and developing organisational culture.

  • Experience and commitment to continuous organisational improvement and the ability to act as a change agent.

  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong coaching/mentoring skills.

  • Effective planning and project management skills

  • The ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyse findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.

  • Numeracy and ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented.

  • Committed to high standards and continuous improvement.
