MISSIONS:
* Provide vision and overall direction, manage the planning, designing, construction, and controlling of the project till successful delivery to the client. The duties for this top management position include:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the entire project, direct the management of all design review activities, all construction functions and activities including Civil Works, MEP, Systems, Interface, Integration & Coordination and Systems Assurance.
* Develop and oversee the implementation of the works including schedule and quality, and project control tools and procedures to measure and control project performance.
* Give direction and leadership to other managers, engineers and subconsultants to ensure that the project meets or exceeds goals established with the client.
* Provide clear directions to the contractor with the aim to resolve issues in compliance with the employer requirements.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance matters and manage all legal and contractual matters in accordance with current laws, rules, regulations, standards and SYSTRA policies and procedures.
* Periodically and systematically monitor, analyze and report on all project's activities to facilitate the identification and timely planning for current and future needs.
* Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as assigned by the SYSTRA Manager.
PROFILE :
* Location: Cairo
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - preferably in Civil Engineering or equivalent
* preferably 25 overall including minimum 15 in rail (recent)
* Previous HSR experience
