Role Summary: ARK People Solutions is seeking a dynamic leader with 5-8
years of F &B management experience in a busy 300-400 room luxury business
hotel with 5-7 F&B venues and sizable banqueting operations. The ideal
candidate should possess a proven track record in restaurant repositioning and
project management.
Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Qualification Summary: The candidate should have a strong background in F
&B management, with skills in budgeting, team management, menu development,
inventory management, customer service, food safety regulations, project
management, restaurant repositioning, and strategy development.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, increase profitability, and maximize efficiency in the Food & Beverage department.
* Develop and monitor budgets for the Food & Beverage department.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health department standards.
* Manage staff recruitment, training and development, and performance reviews.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B venues.
* Review and establish F&B menus and promotions.
* Develop and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
* Develop and manage projects related to F&B.
Monitor and analyze financial performance of the F&B department.
