BO Voice Core team lead

About this opportunity

The Team Leader for 2nd Level operations Core CS/IMS is working within
Operations, reporting to BO Core & IP domain Manager. The 2nd Level Core
CS/IMS Team Leader will work in close connection and alignment with all Team
Leaders, MSIP and any other units and organizations needed.

What you will do

• To lead a team of young Core CS/IMS engineers


• Handle Customer blocking issues and major projects.


• Responsible for CS/IMS Core Domain disaster recovery and contingency plans


• Responsible for life cycle management.


• Leading the work within the 2nd Level Operations team according to the MS blueprint and the new MSTOP definitions.


• Planning and organizing the work of team members in a way that enhances efficiency and primes quality in accordance with KPIs and customer expectations.


• 
  

  Providing a critical issue point for all KPI performance and operational deviations towards assigned customers.

• Continuously improve the productivity and the quality of the service provided


• Put in place development plans or improvement plans where needed
