Maintenance Specialist - Packaging - Obour Plant

Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to plan & follow up the preventive maintenance
execution plan while optimizing
safety, quality, and performance in several focus areas.

Duties and Responsibilities
Packaging and Maintenance
‎1. Ensures that the preventative maintenance plan is executed.
‎2. Deploy data from operators and trains staff on applying preventive
management on machines.
‎3. Trains operators on the execution of the work orders activities.
‎4. Attends Daily Control System (DCS) meetings discussing the abnormalities
with stockholders
‎5. Collects the outcome of the DCS and assign tasks to the technicians
accordingly.
‎6. Conducts breakdown analysis and identifies the root causes.
‎7. Interferes to solve complex problems in coordination with technicians.
‎8. Plans the daily/weekly tasks to maintain the operation of the production
line.
‎9. Follows up on packaging consumption line efficiency.

TPM and Continuous Improvement
‎1. Acts as a Plant Maintenance (PM) pillar lead in the packaging department
‎2. Check & ensure the machinery safety standards according to standards.
‎3. Monitor the lines consumption/losses on daily basis.
‎4. Review & apply the bowtie technique on active and reactive safety
measures.
‎5. Supports in analyzing & solving the chronic issues using the
troubleshooting techniques.
‎6. Owns information and data of packaging area and uses reporting data for
performance improvement
proposals.

Education & Experiences:
Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics
Engineering
Years of Experience ‎2 - ‎4 years of experience in packaging process in FMCG
companies, preferably in Beverages Industry
Qualifications & Other
Requirements Excellent command of English Language Skills in Microsoft (Excel
& PowerPoint) TPM Knowledge
