General Ledger Reconciliation:
Reconcile all general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of
financial data.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in account balances promptly.
Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for reconciliations.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development, review, and updates of budgets and rolling
forecasts as required.
Provide analysis and insights on budget variances and recommend corrective
actions.
Accounting Data Accuracy and Conformity:
Oversee accounting records and systems to ensure the accuracy and conformity
of accounting data.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial
information.
Financial Reporting:
Provide management with various accounting and financial reports as needed to
support decision making.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income
statements, and cash flow statements.
Present financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders,
highlighting key findings and trends.
Closing Accounting Journals:
Review closing accounting journals to ensure accuracy and adherence to
accounting principles.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the closing process.
