Junior/Standard/Senior Process Improvement Engineer

Description
Participate in working groups to address improvement areas in the
organization; can work on his own for areas not needing the involvement of a
group.
* Follow-up, of improvement actions assigned to other stakeholders.
* Help teams define, and implement, processes & tools that comply with international standards to facilitate projects implementation and improve efficiency.
* Participate in closure of process gaps identified through international standards assessments ex (ASPICE - ISO TS ‎16949).
* Work with SEPG on the maintenance of followed quality management system.
* Work with SEPG for the standardization of lessons learned and the implementation of Improvement Proposals submitted by Engineers handling continual improvement cycle.
* Report status of assigned tasks regularly
* Process Improvement team level responsibilities: o Coach & support standard/Junior Process Improvement engineer knowledge and skills ramp up. o Conducting team induction trainings. o Consult PI team Standard/junior members in technical issues.
* Transversal responsibilities: o Coaching Research & Development teams applying newly introduced concepts /methodologies. o Supporting Research & Development teams in identifying gaps from international standards (A-spice - ISO ... etc).
o Supporting Research & Development teams close any identified process gaps
though external/internal assessments.
o Act as a consultant for process related issues for both Process Improvement
junior/standard employees and Research & Development teams.
o Participate in complex and challenging Process Improvement initiatives.
o Participate in conducting process training. o Report status of owned tasks
regularly.
Qualifications
* From ‎0 to ‎5 years of experience in the below fields: - Software Process Improvement / Software Quality Assurance / Software Quality Auditing / Software Development / Software Testing.
* Knowledge of International process standards and methodologies (CMMI, A-Spice, ISO TS ‎16949, Agile methodologies).
* Embedded Software Development knowledge is preferred.
