Main purpose of the role:
Provide their knowledge and expertise to build world class solutions required
to drive the Strategy of the Functional Stream in the Procurement
organization.
Coordinate the implementation and where relevant, implement the solutions
Above the Market and in the Market Support Above Market and at Markets in the
problem solving and implementation of the new solutions provided.
A Day in the Life:
* Provide expertise, build and implement world class solutions to drive the strategy of the functional stream in alignment to the Procurement Vision.
* Develop work plans and monitor timelines to ensure implementation of solutions.
* Create working groups of Above Market and Markets to design, develop the right solutions, share best practices and drive continuous improvement feedback on Solution implementations.
* Gather relevant data and inputs and discuss them with PX Manager / Lead to make pertinent adjustments to the solutions and strategies.
* Provide expert advice about future trends and / or risk within their area of expertise to ensure the Procurement Excellence Strategies and solutions are proactively prepared to minimize risks and early adopt new solutions.

* Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge of their Functional Stream E
* Experience in working in a virtual and complex environments (multicultural, across different organizations and locations etc.)
* 3-5 years experience in Procurement
