  • Home based, must be located in Egypt

  • ‎6-month contract (possibility of extension)

  • Up to ‎39,330 EGP p/month

    Lead Nurture sits within our Regional Office and plays a pivotal role in
    providing exceptional customer service and guidance to international students
    who enquiry directly (B2C), with a focus on counselling at the pre-application
    stage to match the right universities to students’ needs.
    Predominately sales focused, key goals of this role include:

  • Increasing the number of converted, completed applications liaising with key stakeholders on all things pertaining to the lead nurture process increasing revenue from secondary spend services and products.

  • Using online sales tools and reporting platforms, Lead Nurture staff will execute centrally and regionally led lead nurture strategies while also providing market insights and feedback to help inform future product, proposition, and marketing efforts.
    Responsibilities

  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing and other prospecting channels.

  • Utilizing virtual meetings, messaging apps and relevant communication tools to build relationships with new students.

  • Advising students on suitable programs based on their needs and specifications.

  • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.

  • Be the main point of contact for prospective students and parents in the lead to completed application phase.

  • Use consultative selling techniques, and appropriate use of marketing and sales tools, including scholarships and discounts, to encourage students to follow through with a completed application with a full suite of documents.

  • Assist students who do not meet entry requirements and/or conditions and provide suitable alternatives.

  • Understand current immigration legislation and provide accurate information to students regarding the visa process to minimise visa refusal rates.

  • Use CRM, PowerBI and offline reports to identify performance shortfalls.

  • Provide regular reporting by capturing application updates through the CRM system.

  • Identify and report back on recruitment and conversion patterns, providing feedback.

  • Identify reasons for, and suggest ideas/strategies to mitigate against students not following through with the application process.
    Experience Required

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent.

  • Proficient in both Arabic and English

  • Sales experience preferably in fast-paced companies (e-commerce, technology/SaaS), ability to meet targets under pressure.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English.

  • Extremely high attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of key Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to international students.

  • Ability to respond to seasonal fluctuations in workload given the nature of the business.

  • Ideally, experience of working in student admissions or student services and delivering a good customer service.

  • Prior experience of CRM systems – ideally Salesforce.
