You will be working as Customer Operation Key Account Specialist and will be
the part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in
Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Local Division Customer
Support Manager and will be responsible to provide internal and external
customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment-related
assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case
ownership and ensure accurate order processing to ensure customer
satisfaction, complying with schedules and rules determined by ABB as well as
customer required delivery date.
