Today, we are recruiting for a HR Operations Working Student - Part
Time to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity

What are my responsibilities?
* Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing the documentation and necessary paperwork.
* Conduct the administration work of the health and life insurance program.
* Conduct the preparation and submission of social insurance documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Support the labor office processes, including drafting and submitting necessary documents, ensuring proper archiving and record-keeping.
* Prepare status reports for all processed requests.
* Support employees with inquiries related to social insurance & health insurance policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with HR team members to resolve any issues related to social insurance and labor office matters.
* Stay updated on changes in social insurance laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Organize and maintain the employee files and HR-related documents.
* Ensure proper archiving of documents according to established protocols.
* Retrieve and provide requested documents in a timely manner.
* Assist in digitizing physical documents and maintaining electronic archives.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Third-year undergraduate student in Business Administration preferably studying human resources.
* Ability to work at least 3 days/week in the office.
* Ability to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have strong influence and impetus.
* Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
* Ability to work independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.
