Handle and plan our vehicles shipments in Monfalcone

Communicate with the shipping forwarder to be updated with all scheduled
vessels on monthly basis.

Book slots for all ready vehicles for shipping (Unblocked + Physically
present)
*
Provide the agency with ACID numbers and Bill of ladings instructions.
*
Double-check that all data included in the BoL are correct.
*
Mak instant decisions in case of any delays or cancellations in the scheduled
vessels.
*
Alex./El-Sokhna customs / clearing documentation
*
Open cars on SWT for invoicing by uploading damages.
*
Create grouped invoices for each dealer with the assigned cars (5u per grouped
invoice).
*
Follow up with importation request that should be issued by each dealer.
*
Submit exportation request for each grouped invoice once importation approval
received.
*
Follow up with dealers for in-transit certificate issuance.
*
Once payment received, a delivery order is created for each grouped invoice to
all releasing the cars from the VLC.
*
Follow up with VLC with daily reports that include receiving, delivery and
inspection.
*
Maintain our cars conditions in the VLC by giving instructions that should be
followed by the VLC crew.
*
Follow up with all enhancements to be done in the current VLC.
*
Handle all operational and rental contracts between MBMIE, MBLDE, MBEG with
Delta. (Abu Rawash rental, Transportation services, clearance and management
fees, …)
*
Handle all POs and advance payments issued on monthly basis for all received
services.
*
Training and qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field from a
reputable university
Technical knowledge
Excellent command of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Good knowledge of relational databases and ability to perform complicated
analysis
