Position Summary
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a Key Account Manager responsible for
developing the category within several Modern Trade Key Accounts at correct
cost.
Position Key Responsibilities
* Finalize business agreements with all Key Accounts including listing- Discounts and Allowances (D &A)- Targets- Branding activities- promotional Calendar.
* Achieve sales target value/volume and any other quantitative target set by management to ensure achievement of the desired goals.
* Track- analyze customers data to ensure achievement of business agreement.
* Drive customer's profitability
* Manage and control Discounts and Allowances (D&A) by customers and ensure its settlement.
* Ensure the desired objectives are complete through leading- coaching and directing the assigned sales supervisors in modern trade to ensure maximum performance.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor 's degree
* Work Experience: 4-6 years of meaningful Sales experience within FMCG industry
* Language Knowledge: Arabic and English
* Understand Shopper behavior
* Strong Retail knowledge
* Strong Discounts and Allowances (D &A) knowledge
* Knowledge of the brand (positioning and strategies)
* Strong knowledge of local market
* Must be able to win trust and respect of others
* Must be passionate about their people- consumers- products- and community and display a caring attitude
* Must display a strong work ethic- integrity and total honesty
* Must demonstrate total quality in their approach
