Job Description



  • Handling emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication both internally and externally. This involves relaying messages, answering inquiries, and maintaining effective communication channels.
    Managing appointments, meetings, and events for individuals or teams. This
    includes coordinating schedules, sending out invitations, and ensuring all
    parties are informed.

  • Maintaining accurate records and databases. This can involve inputting data, updating information, and organizing files in both physical and digital formats.

  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and resources.

  • Ensuring a well-organized workspace
    and facilitating a comfortable working environment
    for colleagues.

  • Drafting, formatting, and pr oofreading various documents such as reports, presentations, and memos. Ensuring documents are consistent, error-free, and align with company guidelines.

  • Coordinating travel plans for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing necessary travel documents.

  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as processing expenses, managing invoices, and handling basic HR-related tasks.
