As an Air/LCL Focal, you'll play a vital part in our success. You'll
participate in identifying and developing projects/business opportunities
within the area of responsibility. Ensures that local market awareness and
presence are established, making first contact with potential clients and
partners where appropriate. You´ll be the product experts guiding and
supporting sales in opportunity targeting and development.
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for indoor and outdoor sales with a focus on Air and LCL Sales.
* Develop and maintain relationships with airfreight wholesalers.
* Help in creating a constant flow of sales leads to both internal sales and overseas offices.
* Establish and maintain good rapport with key customers for their continuous support.
* Identify potential market and develop corresponding strategic marketing plans
* Maintain a clear directive in cost control, regular carrier & coloader review for maximum company and customer benefit, utilizing core carriers, intermodal and efficiencies wherever possible.
* Take the lead contact for LCL-related issues.
* Drive the pipeline development for LCL opportunities.
* Host regular LCL sales meetings about LCL product developments
* Join customer visits with National Key Account and Field Sales teams to promote selling LCL
* Own LCL-related promotional documents and presentations towards (internal) customers and our overseas network
* Ensure all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to
We are looking for :
* Must be results orientated with own customer base.
* Minimum 5 years in the Airfreight / LCL industry
* Minimum diploma in any discipline.
* Self-motivated and resourceful.
* Strong written communication and presentation skills.
* Strong customer focus and sensitivity towards stakeholder relationships
