Your Mission
You are required to oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance,
reconciling financial records, and supporting audits. Additionally, the role
requires handling month-end tasks, analyzing financial statements,
scrutinizing supplier payments, assisting with reporting, and aligning with
new SE online finance tools.
Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
* Oversee local accounting operations to ensure that all activities are carried out on time.
* Scrutinize weekly/monthly supplier payments.
* Handle month-end activities like accruals, prepayments, and provisions.
* Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
* Reconcile local statutory and IFRS.
* Technically update with IFRs
* Manage monthly SAP period opening and closure as per the corporate closing calendar.
* Provide support to external and internal audits.
* Guarantee compliance with SE rules and procedures.
* Maintain all entry postings with SAP posting rules.
* Align with Schneider New Finance Tools.
* Offer the necessary analysis for balance sheets and income statements.
* Support tax authorities during tax inspections.
Qualifications
About You
* The applicant must possess a bachelor's degree in accountancy.
* The applicant must have 7-10 years of experience in accounting.
* The ideal candidate should have exceptional analytical skills.
* The ideal candidate should pay close attention to detail.
* Good Time Management & Organizational Skills
* Conflict resolution resolver
* The ideal candidate should have proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
* Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is desirable.
* Fluency in English is a must.
