place with clear objectives - maintain close follow up & implementation for
the key patient outcomes program(s) with the selected vendor(s) and ensure
compliance to Pfizer policies
Job Purpose
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the execution / implementation of treatment outcomes project(s)/program(s)
* Achieve key treatment outcomes project(s)/program(s) KPIs for PIH portfolio
* Manage CSP approvals from initiation to approval & follow up in addition to documentation for program(s) reports / data
* work closely with DSU & MQCM to manage patient outcomes programs
Business Outcomes
PEP will be responsible for translating treatment outcomes strategy into
operations and delivery. The individual will be familiar with system scope and
project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member - to
effectively coordinate the activities of the team and manage project
information and communications to all stakeholders in the field and XF
management. Design, develop and implement outcomes program(s) to ensure timely
availability of Pfizer innovative medicine to patients in Egypt
* Partners with senior management and regional team to develop the project strategy and optimize delivery in terms of time, cost, value while anticipating risks and ensuring full compliance
* Focuses our virtual and in-house team on KPIs delivery, ensuring corporate metrics are achieved in an optimized, compliant and value driven way
* Aligns cross-functional, operational activities and communications involving team members and internal Pfizer partners (Marketing. Medical, DSU, MQCM, Legal, Regulatory,….) with minimal supervision
* Coordinates the teams for the launch of new programs Proactively Identifies areas of risks, liaises with various stakeholders, facilitates problem-solving, in a compliant manner
* Collaborate with multiple internal/external partners, including other brand-aligned stakeholders, and propose recommendations to optimize program(s) execution & outcomes and efficiently meet or exceed strategic marketing goals for these key programs in Egypt .
* Proactively manage opportunities / potential risks in order to ensure program success & KPIs achievement Participate with Marketing and Medical, managers along with commercial team in the planning and strategies of new patient outcomes program(s) i design, implementation and follow on its launch activities ensuring timelines.
Organization:
* Work very closely with CBLs & CAT LEADS to achieve the assigned projects deliverables.
* Ensure that vendor staff assigned for Pfizer PSPs are continuously trained, empowered & motivated to meet the program(s) objectives
Operational Excellence
* Actively participate in the key strategic projects
* Ensure appropriate training, education and implementation at all levels of Pfizer policy and guidelines
* Report, to the PEP Lead, market feedback, competitor activities, and customers' reactions to company policies.
* Maintain accurate and timely records for above and as appropriate.
Knowledge/Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree .
* Successful projects management experience in complex environment
* Up to 2 years Sales, Project Management
* Proficient in written and spoken English, Arabic is an advantage.
