Role purpose:
To perform quote and purchase order processing and to support activities
concerning
supply chain area. To identify issues and improvement opportunities and drive
resolution with a
project thinking.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Performs process analysis and SWOT analysis, showing service level trends and identifying process improvement areas, determining process improvement goals.


• Reviews, designs and amends internal process documentations. Defines process gaps and addresses them as new demands to the technical support team.


• Creates, builds up and drives projects to lean and streamline processes.


• Provides support to business partners in finding the best ways of solving process issues, and sharing best practices.


• Provides professional guidance to team members.


• Keeps the team up-to-date on project progress.


• Gives opportunity to staff members to participate in projects, gives feedback about them to the Team Leader/Manager for reward and development purposes.


• Interface with SCM to ensure timely PO request issue
