Danone MENA is looking for a highly dynamic Artwork Coordinator for its
Specialized Nutrition Business in the Middle East and North Africa region to
be based in Cairo, Egypt.
The Artwork Coordinator will oversee the artwork projects from initiation to
delivery, coordinating the various internal & external stakeholders. Leads
the project management aspects of new artwork creation and approval.
Accountable for managing the Oneflow system and ensuring on-time delivery of
artwork projects. The role coordinates the different stakeholders that work on
developing and approving the artwork and ensures proper scheduling and on-time
delivery of every task on the project.
About The Role :
1- Main Responsabilities:
* Prioritize and schedule the different work elements of all SN MENA CBU artwork projects and ensure consistency with market and supply point needs.
* Ensure efficient use of CBU resources by proper backward scheduling of all artwork projects.
* Monitor the artwork approval cycle with all functions (Mkt, Reg, Quality, HIMM) and ensure that it runs smoothly.
* Own SN Artwork Process via being One Flow System Key User.
* Be responsible for the process updates and animation.
* Track, Report, Analyze, and Improve Artwork related KPIs.
* Train different OneFlow system users.
* Setup Oneflow for all projects: (Complete the brief and submit it on the system, source master files of global brands, Follow Up with PMA to accept the brief, Pre-production meeting with PMA & Printers)
* Technical alignment with printers & conducting print trials
* Requests PAFs from IPRO Activity Managers
* Design Adaptation Follow up
* Artwork Development Follow up
* Prepress Initiation & Development Followup
* Send/Receive EPSONs
* Develop High-Resolution Files and perform FTP

* Cross-functional artwork project team
3- Main Internal relations:
* Multiple stakeholders involved in artwork projects in scope
4- Main Externak relations:
* Artwork Agency
5- Innovation/ Productivity Output:
* Artwork Projects in scope delivered on time.

About you
To be successful in the role you should ideally have:
Education & professional experience:
* Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
* 1-3 years of project management experience
* Experience in Artwork management role is a must
* Computer skills, including demonstrated experience with electronic project management, resource management and document workflow tools
* Demonstrated experience in team facilitation, decision-making, process management, analytical skills, and written and oral communication
Location:
