What you need to help us EnergizeSociety?
* Minimum overall grade of good or equivalent in GPA.
* Junior or Senior Students graduating in 2023 or 2024
* Excellent communication skills.
* Bilingual - can speak English and Arabic.
* Participation in extracurricular activities and projects.
* Enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.
* Energized by collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
* Think logically, willingness to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.

* Attend the provided sessions and engage.
* Attend 100% of the program (emergency and sick leaves are to be considered)
* Evaluate the program and the business coaches.
