* Leading the institution ( semi-governmental & private ) business success in cooperation with DSM and sales force
* Develop and implement Access plan for institution business
* Gain and maintain the listing of Mundipharma products in all semi-governmental tenders (zero tender loss)
* Develop Key accounts mapping and KOL engagement plan
* Analyze brand / Accounts performance and set long term plan to win institution business in top accounts
* Work to ensure Betadine is a 1st choice antiseptic in infection control , emergency room and operation room in all targeted key accounts
* Achieve the agreed sales target , growth , contribution, and market share in targeted key accounts
* Closely work with and support Field Sales with account access and follow orders and stock liquidation
* Proposed price for Contracting Strategy and submission Tender with institutions market
* Work on 100% price increase in UPA tender
* Appropriately target and enable opinion Leaders and Advocacy groups that influence key account making
* Syndicated partnerships with payers (KDM) and payer advisors execute the product strategy in Our Mundipharma Portfolio
* Propose value added programs to enhance Betadine access
* Work with marketing team to identify strengths and weaknesses based on market and product insights that impact the New Product from Payer perspective
* Manage the impact of Health policy by mapping the decision process
* value propositions are based on in-depth understanding of the current unmet need, developed through extensive research and collaboration with clinicians and payers.
