Key Responsibilities:
* Discover, design, develop, and implement business solutions for business processes and functions automation.
* Lead trouble shooting efforts on automation projects.
* Process and document automation test plans.
* Design and develop software solutions in support of automation & serve as a technical resource for the automation team.
* Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions.
* Manage automation software development projects, develop, and maintain automation software standards, and gather business requirements, perform feasibility studies, and prototype solutions.
* Assist with the creation of automation prototypes.
* Develop appropriate documentation
* Help our PowerApps users in their complex technical inquiries while building PowerApps & flows and support implemented projects
* Conduct requirements gathering & design-thinking workshops
* End to End delivery of business solutions
* Implement best practices.
* Plan, organize, and direct project activities.
* Conduct, analyze, and evaluate information.
* Develop project plans.
* Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate project deliverables.
* Serves as an escalation point in case of performance issues
* Ensures minimal attrition maintaining high job satisfaction and meeting team members' career objectives
* Maintains open, transparent, and friendly team atmosphere
* Works with Operations Solution Architect to create compelling Business Case including savings implementation and run costs estimate
