Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
In this position you will partner with relevant leads to understand business
strategy and influence functional strategy, shape business demand for IT
products and service and act as strategic partner for Sector Finance and HR in
all areas of IT including solution delivery and support.
Responsibilities include:
* Deliver value by shaping, managing and prioritizing IT demand for Finance and HR functions while ensuring that IT services and solutions meet or exceed business needs.
* Act as the strategic partner for Finance/HR that works across all areas of IT, ensuring business value is achieving for all initiatives which IT execute and deliver
* Manage IT investments portfolio and budget
* Lead products DevSecOps and projects delivery teams to deliver agreed technology capabilities
* Engage with Global Functional Horizontal teams for process governance, ensures adherence to global standards.
* Partner with business leaders & Architecture teams in defining/updating solution roadmaps
* Work/collaborate with external vendors, focuses on quality of products/ projects Delivery and Operations
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
* Bachelor 's degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required
* 5+ years of related IT business work experience in an IT Project Manager, IT Business Partner, IT Delivery Manager, IT Lead or similar role
* 5+ years of experience in managing project teams
* Solves highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams and with key stakeholders
* Budget & financial management
* Experience engaging with managed service providers and senior stakeholders
* Demonstrated knowledge of the change management activities that are required following a release
* Experience in running medium/high impact projects within the organization
* Ability to create and manage a prioritization system
* SAP PIRT and/or SAP PGT exposure
