Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and motivated Junior Product Manager to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product documentation,
backlog management, and feature planning. They must be fluent in English and
demonstrate excellent teamwork and individual productivity. Fresh graduates

cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, designers, and

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation,
ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials.
2. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, effectively balancing the needs
of stakeholders, customers, and the development team.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product
features, ensuring timely and successful releases.
4. Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights
to inform product strategy and feature planning.
5. Communicate product requirements and user stories to the development team,
ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
6. Assist in the creation of product roadmaps, working closely with the
senior product management team.
7. Monitor and track the progress of product development, proactively
identifying and addressing potential risks or issues.
8. Foster a collaborative environment, working effectively with team members
across various disciplines to achieve shared goals.
9. Clearly and effectively communicate with team members, both in written and
verbal form.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply).
2. 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a
related role (entry-level candidates with strong relevant experience or
interest will also be considered).
3. Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to
handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Agile
development methodologies.
6. Familiarity with product documentation and user experience best practices.
7. Exceptional teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to work
effectively in cross-functional teams.
8. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong focus on individual
productivity.
