Responsibilities
* Develop Function 's Annual operating plan in line with SC PSP
* Identify gaps between current organizational capabilities, required competencies and skills, and the future objectives of the organization
* Lead team to drive the HR agenda in the following areas: talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, employee training and leadership development, employee engagement, change management and process improvement
* Partner with business leaders to develop strategic workforce/manpower plans and to contribute to business strategy development/key business decisions
* Develops and aligns a "people strategy" that enables the attainment of business objectives on the short and long term
* Oversee the performance management, organizational development and compensation processes, programs, and training
* Manage specific projects as determined in the organization's annual HR strategic planning process
* Introduce, lead, and influence change management initiatives
* Ensure that a strong talent leadership culture permeates the organization
* Drives and controls people moves and development for talents
* Owns people cost
* Ensures GCS standards and Human rights are met across all DCs.
* Develop talent retention plan including differentiated development for HIPO and solid citizens
* Build function's culture identity & strategy to shape the organization
* Ensure effective labor relations by implementing a strategy to grow the business without unreasonable constraints
* Streamlining processes to enable man hour saving and focus on organization efficiencies
* Interface with the rest of the HR community on behalf of the team/function
* Facilitates a positive, productive, and safe work environment at all levels in the organization...an exciting and rewarding place to work
* Act as a sounding board and provide executive coaching
Qualifications
* Holder of a bachelor 's degree (Commerce, Business Administration)
* HR Experience
* Strong impact and influencing skills
* Very high level of Communication Skills
* Strong management, leadership & interpersonal skills
* Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
