Job Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Front End Developer with a
strong focus on user experience and user flow to join our team. Proficiency in
React is essential, and fluency in English is a must. Fresh graduates are
encouraged to apply. The Front End Developer will work closely with backend
engineers, product managers, and designers to build intuitive and user-
friendly web applications.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain user-facing features using React, ensuring a seamless
and visually appealing user experience.
2. Emphasize attention to detail, focusing on user flows and overall user
experience to optimize web applications.
3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to
create and implement project requirements.
4. Convert design mockups and prototypes into responsive, maintainable, and
scalable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
5. Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
6. Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback
to improve overall code quality.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely
manner.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies, proactively suggesting improvements to the existing tech stack.
9. Clearly and effectively communicate with team members, both in written and
verbal form.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
(fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
2. Proficient in React and its core principles, with a solid understanding of
JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user flows, and
user experience.
4. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development
methodologies.
5. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple
tasks and deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves:
1. Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular,
Vue.js).
2. Knowledge of state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX).
3. Familiarity with front-end build tools and automation (e.g., Webpack,
Gulp, Grunt).
4. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end
applications.
