Zustandigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben
* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
* Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
* Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
* Source and attract candidates using a variety of search methods and databases.
* You will develop recruiting strategies, be constantly up to date with all changes in the hiring market
* You will work closely with other teams from the early stages of resourcing, all the way through acquiring a talented team.
* Following and optimizing our hiring process.
Qualifikationen / Anforderungen
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* At least 3 years of recruitment and/or HR experience
* Fluency in English
* German is a plus
* Flexibility and Adaptability
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Excel, PPT, ...)
* Strong ability to work independently and take ownership over one's responsibility
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* A good understanding of technology and technical skills
* Capacity to work in demanding and multicultural environment
* Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
